Ricky's recent coast to coast tour in July 2008 has been filmed for an HBO special which was broadcast on November 15th.

The Extras Christmas Special is out on DVD in the US. Originally it was only available as part of a box set but HBO have now relented and fans who already have series 1 & 2 can now complete their collection.
